Welcome to Sonfie (“Sonfie,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sonfie website located at https://sonfie.com, including all related RSVP websites, interactive pages, games, digital content, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Sonfie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on Sonfie. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sonfie is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Description of Services

Sonfie provides tools that allow users to create:

Event RSVP websites
Interactive invitation and announcement pages
Games and interactive reveal experiences
Custom event URLs and QR codes
Guest management tools, including meal selections and comments
Digital invitations and visual assets

Certain Services require manual setup, customization, or approval by Sonfie prior to becoming live. Setup times may take up to 48 hours unless otherwise stated.

Purchases, Payments, and Fees

All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

By making a purchase, you authorize Sonfie to charge the payment method provided for the selected Services.

Unless otherwise stated:

All sales are final
Digital services and custom work are non-refundable
Fees are non-transferable

Etsy and Third-Party Purchases

Some Sonfie Services may be sold through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy. Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to both Sonfie’s Terms and the terms of the third-party platform.

Sonfie is not responsible for payment disputes handled directly by third-party platforms.

User Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit to Sonfie, including images, videos, text, and personalization details (“User Content”).

By using the Services, you grant Sonfie a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You agree that:

You have the right to upload and share all User Content
Your content does not infringe intellectual property rights
Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
You will not upload offensive, unlawful, or harmful material

Sonfie reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Interactive Pages and Games

Sonfie offers interactive pages and games designed to reveal invitations, announcements, or event details.

You acknowledge that:

Interactive experiences are intended for entertainment purposes
Completion of a game may be required to view certain content
Sonfie does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay
Sonfie is not responsible for guest behavior or misuse of interactive features

Guest and RSVP Information

Event hosts are responsible for the information collected from guests. Sonfie provides tools to collect RSVP data but does not control how hosts use or share guest information.

Hosts agree to use guest information solely for event-related purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use Sonfie for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
Disrupt or interfere with site functionality
Upload malware, spam, or harmful code
Use Sonfie to harass, threaten, or harm others
Resell or exploit Services without written permission

Intellectual Property

All content on Sonfie, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and interactive elements, is owned by or licensed to Sonfie and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent from Sonfie.

Service Availability and Modifications

Sonfie may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or changes resulting from maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

Termination

Sonfie may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or other users.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sonfie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonfie shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or content
Event-related disputes
Guest behavior or attendance outcomes
Technical failures or service interruptions

In no event shall Sonfie’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonfie, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your event or guest interactions

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Sonfie operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

Sonfie may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
